VILLA M is a project completed in 2023 and is built upon the idea of ‘AMBIENT LIVING’ aimed at creating a relaxing atmosphere resulting in a slow, laid-back summer living. Grey textures, bamboo paneling and light-toned timbers make the villa feel bright, breezy and minimalistic. Construction standards follow emotions as every space offers another opportunity for rest, wellness and reflection.
The open plan living space on the lower level is all about free flowing spaces, a favorable layout in many modern homes, beloved for their flexibility and endless possibilities. The large open living room with a sectional modular sofa and a fireplace opens onto the dining space and the kitchen with shades of brown finishes and dark brown and black cabinets plus stools. Villa M, located in the area of Psathaki in Preveza, is a new residence that combines architecture with functionality and features concrete, stone and wood creating a beautiful architectural design.
There is the harmonious rectangular two-depth level swimming pool with jacuzzi as well as a large terrace with built-in seating, a garden and barbeque. The chill-out zone encompasses a double daybed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate at different times of the day and night.
